For its employee experience strategy, the Lang Group works together with the consultancy Giant HR. As an external partner, GIANT-HR supports in effectively and professionally mastering its personnel challenges along the employee life cycle.
With moveXM, the Lang Group is introducing a software solution for EX management that can map all touchpoints of the entire employee journey. A breakdown of the feedback from the individual business areas can be implemented easily and, above all, anonymously and presented in detail.
A 3-month pilot phase was agreed in the area of "applicant management", as this area is experiencing strong employee growth. The first step is to identify the relevant points of interaction (so-called touchpoints) and develop a questionnaire to record applicants' experiences during the application process. The questions relate to satisfaction, communication and the process itself.
Thanks to automated, AI-based software, open comments are filtered by topic - without any manual effort. It is possible to see at a glance whether and where there is potential for improvement in the employee journey and which areas are already satisfactory for employees.
In this way, employee feedback can be used to improve the experience of different business areas in a targeted manner and the Lang Group can focus on its employees.
