The scalable software solutions, which are managed and hosted in Europe, enable companies to continuously measure, analyze and improve their customer and employee experiences along the specific journeys. This enables these companies to retain their customers and employees in the long term and prevent unwanted churn.

The company was founded in 1995 and employs around 100 people at its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (DE) and in Haarlem, Dongen and Loosdrecht (NL).
