Acquisition of two Dutch pioneers in the areas of reputation and review management

moveXM, one of Europe's leading SaaS (Software as a Service) companies for Customer Experience Management (CXM), announces the strategic acquisition of Feeddex BV and 5-Star Specialist BV. These are two leading Dutch SaaS companies specialized in customer and employee feedback as well as customer review software.

The acquisitions, supported by the investment of Pride Capital Partners, mark an important milestone for moveXM on its way to a strong positioning in Europe. The aim is to meet the growing demand for CXM solutions in the European market, covering the entire CXM product range. moveXM, based in Frankfurt am Main, counts companies such as VW, BMW, Mewa and Provinzial among its global customer base. Together with Feeddex BV and 5-Star Specialist BV, product innovations and growth on the European market will be further expanded.

Founded in 2001 and based in Haarlem and Dongen in the Netherlands, the Feeddex Group serves a niche in the fields of customer and employee experience, increasing satisfaction through feedback management. Their offering includes a multilingual SaaS application with a diverse national and international customer base. Feeddex BV and its sister company 5-Star Specialist BV (formerly 5-sterrenspecialist) bring an extensive portfolio of feedback and reputation management tools to moveXM. These tools are designed to holistically improve the experience of customers and employees.

The merger of the new group will significantly expand the product and service offering of the three companies to cover a broader range of customer segments and needs, which will benefit the combined growth ambitions.

"We are very happy to welcome the Feeddex Group to the moveXM family. This acquisition is a strategic step forward in our mission to provide holistic CX management solutions," says Holger von Seherr-Thoß, CEO at moveXM. "The combined strengths of our teams and technologies will enable us to offer even more targeted solutions to a broader range of customers, driving growth and innovation in the CXM sector," he continues.

Lars van 't Hoenderdaal, Managing Partner at Pride Capital Partners, comments: "The acquisition of Feeddex Group is a major step in the development of moveXM into the leading CXM platform in Europe".

The merge will enable the new group to release the full potential of its software solutions and serve its customer base with enhanced technological capabilities and extensive expertise. The long-term experience of moveXM, combined with Feeddex BV's knowledge of the local market, offers a holistic approach to CX management and an international network of customers and partners. In addition, the merge supports cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
